Terms and Conditions

Welcome to All Handled. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with All Handled, including its branches All Handled Business Solutions and All Handled Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By engaging our services or submitting the onboarding form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
All Handled provides creative, marketing, and administrative support through two main branches:

Business Solutions – social media management, email marketing, virtual assistance, operations support, lead generation, admin services, and more.

Studios – video editing, graphic design, branding, website/landing page design, and related creative services.
Services are customized according to each client’s selected package, agreement, or proposal.
2. Payments and Fees

All fees are due according to the payment terms stated in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Work will begin once payment (or the first installment) has been received.

Late payments may result in paused services or delayed deliverables.

All fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth collaboration, clients agree to:

Provide necessary information, files, and approvals in a timely manner.

Grant access to platforms or tools needed to perform the work.

Review and approve deliverables promptly to maintain agreed timelines.
Failure to provide required materials may cause delays that are not the responsibility of All Handled.
4. Revisions and Approvals

Each project or content deliverable includes a set number of revisions as defined in your package.

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.

Once a project or deliverable is approved, it is considered final.
5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final approved deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., designs, videos, written content).

All Handled retains ownership of unapproved drafts, design templates, internal tools, or materials used to produce the final result.

All Handled reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
All client information, documents, and project details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without written consent.
7. Communication

All official communication will occur through the channels agreed upon (e.g., email, Slack, or project management tools).

Clients are expected to respond within reasonable timeframes to keep projects on schedule.
8. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided for each project or service.

Delays caused by incomplete client input, feedback, or third-party factors are not the responsibility of All Handled.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

If the client cancels after work has started, payment for completed work remains due.

If All Handled terminates the agreement, any uncompleted, prepaid work will be refunded.
10. Limitation of Liability
All Handled will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from any service or delay. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
11. Amendments
All Handled reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
